Pricing and Liability

In the event of a price reduction within 7 days of your order, we will refund the difference. Placing an Order

You are required to supply accurate and comprehensive details when placing your order. You bear full responsibility for any misunderstandings or consequences arising from providing us with inaccurate, incorrect, or unfaithful information. Note that final confirmation of the instructions in your order details is mandatory. Failure to provide instructions will result in a delay, for which you accept full responsibility. Once confirmed, you must not alter the instructions. Any changes to confirmed instructions will be treated as a new order and will necessitate additional payment.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received, or if the payment method is declined, you forfeit access to the Services. You are responsible for all taxes, levies, and duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you agree to pay any such charges that may apply to your use of the Services and payments made under these Terms. Should you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reject the charge of any payment, such action will be deemed a breach of your obligations and will result in immediate termination of your use of the Services. Refunds

Mycvsolution.com will issue refunds solely based on these Terms. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, starting from the client’s order deadline and ending on the last day of the Refund Period. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Services, you may request a refund within this period. If an order is incomplete, or the document is not downloaded or delivered in its entirety by the deadline, a full refund is available at any time. In the event of order cancellation, funds will be returned to the original payment account within 5-7 business days from the cancellation request.

Refund requests are evaluated individually, as reasons for such requests vary. We may require documented evidence of low order quality (e.g., instructor feedback, plagiarism report) to process a refund. Our Quality Assurance Department will review the order and take necessary actions based on their findings and your reasons for dissatisfaction. All refund requests must be submitted within the Refund Period.

In cases where refunds are issued due to errors or irrelevance to the initial instructions, our Quality Assurance Department will assess the document’s quality within 5 business days and refund an amount proportional to the percentage of incorrect content and errors in the document.

Full refunds may be granted when:

a) an order is mistakenly placed (duplicate orders, duplicate payments, etc.) and our Expert(s) have not commenced work.

b) we are unable to assign a suitable expert to the order, thus failing to deliver the service.

c) the client no longer requires the document due to a missed deadline, and no drafts have been provided by us.

Our Customer Support Center is available at any time to address refund requests or other issues. However, if a request is not received through the methods within the Refund Period, we are not obligated to honor or consider it.

Order Fulfillment

Upon placing your order with My CV Solution, we may conduct a telephone call or email questionnaire to gather necessary information. Turnaround time begins upon receipt of all required information. We create your CV/ resume based on the provided information, incorporating existing content deemed suitable for the new CV/ resume. We deliver your CV/ resume in Microsoft Word and PDF formats to the provided email address. If any information is missing, we cannot send the CV/ resume in PDF format until you provide it. It’s advisable to monitor your Junk or Spam folder to ensure timely receipt of your order. We assume your order is complete unless you notify us of required adjustments within 7 working days. To expedite the process, outline any adjustments via email to info@mycvsolution.com. We aim to complete requested adjustments within 3 days and accommodate expedited requests when possible. For minor adjustments (e.g., 1-2 sentences), you may make the changes and send the CV back to us for review and recommendations.

Accessory & Express Delivery

We are delighted to offer Express Delivery for all our services, including every type of CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, and thank you letter. Should you require expedited processing for any service listed under Accessories, you can opt for Express Delivery directly on the respective service page.

For clients seeking to purchase multiple services with express delivery, kindly add each service to your cart separately from their respective individual pages. This ensures that each item receives the priority handling and swift delivery you desire.
